Laser skin resurfacing, laser & chemical peels
To achieve a removal of wrinkles (smoker's lines, frown lines), pigmentation, acne scarring, stretch marks, genital hyperpigmentation and removal of benign skin lesions such as warts, milia and skin tags we use the Fotona Dynamis SP laser erbium:YAG (2940nm) ablative laser which is attracted to water and ablates superficial layers of skin resulting in a smoother, brighter and tighter complexion with a youthful glow. Superficial ablation also results in collagen stimulation and tissure regeneration. It can operate in either fully ablative or a fractional mode. The latter creates tiny channels in the skin leaving healthy intact skin in between. This can speed up the healing process, resulting in stimulation of collagen and regeneration of treated tissue.
Prior to the procedure you will be advised to prepare the skin with brightening products and sunscreen to improve the results of laser treatment and reduce adverse reactions such as post inflammatory hyperpigmentation - PIH.
It is normal to experience redness, a burning sensation, swelling and crusting after treatment for several days. The downtime depends on the severity of the treated condition and intensity of laser settings and may last between 7-10 days on an average. Healing is accelerated with appropriate aftercare and the use of broad spectrum sunscreen.
The Fotona SP Dynamis laser with its dual wavelength is designed to treat all stageing of acne including scarring. It allows a gentle and precise ablation of acne scars, reduction of hyperpigmentation and acne breakouts.
Fotona F-22 Er: YAG scanner
This handpiece is a computer-controlled scanning device for fractional erbium:Yag treatments. It allows Dr Beata to treat all types of acne scars and customise laser settings in a precise manner.
Treating acne scars can be a challenging skin problem, but with patience and a carefully tailored treatment plan, improvements can be achieved over time. Treating acne scars is usually a process involving a combination therapy, which may include erbium;Yag laser, SylFirm X microneedling radiofrequency, subcision, TCA cross, dermal fillers, or other modalities.
NOTE: You will not be not a candidate for laser resurfacing if you have: excessively sagging skin, deep wrinkles, active acne, a weakened immune system, uneven skin tone, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Dr Beata with her dermatological training and experience can remove benign skin lesions safely using state of art Fotona SP Dynamis laser. The lesions include but are not limited to moles, warts, milia, fatty deposits (xanthelasma), sebaceous cysts, age spots, skin tags and sun spots just to name a few. One treatment is usually sufficient, however some lesions might require another session to clear completely. Clinical studies have shown that Er:YAG lasers are very effective for the treatment of benign skin lesions and histological improvement of up to 93% after just one treatment.
We offer a comprehensive treatment for facial veins, redness and breakouts associated with rosacea and spider veins, thread veins on face and legs using Fotona NdYag laser which is suitable for all skin types. The long pulse Nd:Yag laser penetrates deeper and selectively targets haemoglobin in veins resulting in their closure.
